Dr. Alireza Asghari, MSc Pharm, Ph.D. IMD, is a passionate advocate for integrative medicine, holding a master in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Montreal, a Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine and serving as the founder of the Canadian College of Integrative Medicine. With a diverse background as a Culinary, Nutrition, and Mind-Body Coach, Alireza seamlessly blends the clarity of mindfulness-based practices with the transformative body-based techniques of somatics coaching.

Driven by a deep commitment to empowering individuals on their wellness journey, Dr. Asghari’s mission is to help people achieve the World Health Organization’s definition of health: “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
